From time to time you may need help with an OverDRIVE feature. Our Helpdesk is ready and waiting to assist you, for the more complex issues it may be necessary for us to take a look at your site or a page on your site. In order to do this we will need your permission to access your site as a Support user. This user will NOT be able to see any of your Drive content but will be able to see your web pages and troubleshoot any issues.

To give a member of our Helpdesk support access, when asked to do so, go to Site Settings > About and check the Allow support access box.
