Through our dedicated helpdesk, we provide a comprehensive online support service for OverDRIVE. Most organisations use the standard OverDRIVE service and your support is included within the licence fee.
We provide OverDRIVE customers with an online account through which you can raise and monitor tickets; or if you prefer, you can also raise a support ticket by email at email@example.com.
All issues are logged and tracked through to conclusion and escalated where necessary.
