Add a simple web form for users to contact admins or team members.

Options

  • Form Name - currently the only form template available is Contact/Feedback; more are planned
  • Required Fields - choose which fields should be compulsory for users before the form can be submitted
  • reCAPTCHA - if your Overdrive site is public, this will help combat spam
  • Notifications To - add email address(es) that the form response will be emailed to
  • On Submit - choose to display a message or redirect users to a url (another page within your Overdrive site).
